Financial discounts or offers granted will only be taken into account if payments are made within the defined deadlines or specific allocation conditions. If there are technical assistance contracts, they will be governed by those contracts. This delivery time corresponds to our service standards, however, situations beyond our control may occasionally affect these deadlines, such as the momentary unavailability of products at origin, delivery to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos or local traffic and transportation difficulties.\n
\n\nOrders for the Azores and Madeira Archipelagos with a value of more than \u20ac500, excluding VAT, are exempt from any shipping costs.
