Welcome to Biofisa, Unipessoal Lda. We are a company that sells services and medical devices in the dental sector. These services and products are marketed through various sales channels, whether in person, by telephone, email or through our website……. Most of our products and services are for the restricted and exclusive use of dentists, stomatologists, odontologists, practicing dental technicians and professional dental structures.

Availability

The availability of the products/courses presented on the site is limited to the stock available at any given time. We always try to ensure that all products available on the site are in stock. However, we reserve the right not to accept any orders or to cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock, informing the customer accordingly and refunding the amount where applicable.

Payments

Payments can be made in the following ways:

Bank transfer.
You can make the transfer to IBAN PT50 0035 0759 00053923130 25 / BIC SWIFT CGDIPTPL

Multibanco reference.
You can pay at any ATM, using the codes indicated on the invoice.

Paypal:

All payments must be made in accordance with the conditions pre-established by Biofisa and expressed on the invoice. Financial discounts or offers granted will only be taken into account if payments are made within the defined deadlines or specific allocation conditions. In the case of credit sales, payments may not exceed the deadlines set out in the invoices, without prejudice to the application of default interest at the legal rates.

Guarantees

Current legal provisions apply and proof of purchase may be required. The goods sold do not, as a general rule, include any associated repair or maintenance services, except as provided for in the manufacturers’ guarantees. Such services, whether travel, labor, collection or delivery, will be adjusted on a case-by-case basis, subject to a quotation and invoiced by the parties not covered by the guarantees. If there are technical assistance contracts, they will be governed by those contracts. Repairs can only be carried out by third parties appointed by our services.

Returns and complaints

If you wish to return a product you have purchased, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order. We will only accept requests to return products that:

Within the stipulated period.
We have been duly informed.
Have not been used.
They remain in their original packaging.

The refund or exchange of products may be subject to the approval of our Technical Department. We accept no responsibility for misuse, carelessness or poor packaging of products after delivery to the customer.

 

The return of products is at the customer’s expense. If you would like us to collect it, please contact us. In this case, the customer will be charged a transportation fee.

Deliveries

Orders over €250, excluding VAT, for delivery in mainland Portugal are exempt from any shipping costs. All other orders are subject to a shipping charge of €5, excluding VAT. Deliveries are made by selected carriers within 24 hours on working days. This delivery time corresponds to our service standards, however, situations beyond our control may occasionally affect these deadlines, such as the momentary unavailability of products at origin, delivery to the Azores and Madeira archipelagos or local traffic and transportation difficulties.
Orders for the Azores and Madeira Archipelagos with a value of more than €500, excluding VAT, are exempt from any shipping costs. All other orders are subject to a co-payment of shipping costs according to the quotation obtained prior to shipment.

Deliveries

The express terms and conditions apply to orders placed with Biofisa and imply acceptance thereof, and no ignorance may be invoked. Any differences of interpretation or execution of these conditions of sale shall be settled in the courts of the District of Lisbon, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

Liability


We disclaim any liability for consequences related to the use of the products purchased, except where expressly obliged to do so by virtue of applicable law. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for loss of profits, consequential, immaterial, commercial or environmental damages of the customer or third parties.
